2/3rds of Americans understand the danger of ObamaCaid

"Nearly two-thirds of Americans say the health care overhaul signed into law last week costs too much and expands the government's role in health care too far, a USA TODAY/Gallup Poll finds, underscoring an uphill selling job ahead for President Obama and congressional Democrats.

Obama's approval rating was 47%-50% — the first time his disapproval rating has hit 50%."~USA Today

Barbara Ehrenreich: beware of Obot women and your health

barbara-ehrenreich-anti-feminist.jpg

Barbara Ehrenreich wrote this during the primaries about Hillary Clinton:
“Clinton didn't just break through the "glass floor," she set a new low for floors in general, and would, if she could have gotten within arm's reach, have rubbed the broken glass into Obama's face.”
This week Ehrenreich falsely writes:

Routine mammographic screening of women under 50 does not reduce breast cancer mortality in that group...

The Rapeification of Women by Women, from Tehran to the U.S.

palin sexist cartoon measurements.jpg

Sexism is so freakn’ complicated. It roots itself in our pores and oozes out of us when we are not looking, even when we are actively trying to fight the devil that is sexism. FemiSex has long railed at liberal sexism exhibited by our comics. The fact that our cultural arbiters are “funny” men and women for whom racism is off limits but sexism is manna from heaven is one of the ways that sexism lives in our subcutaneous layers. Our culture sensitivities are so hard to flesh out and flush away.

The S word: it’s not for Breakfast Anymore! Psst, someone tell the media

is this a slut? next for Letterman: slutty nurses

Why DOES the out-of-touch, sexist media find Sl*t acceptable?
It is astonishing. Call a woman a slut, a sitting governor no less, and the media comes to the rescue of the bigot. Call a woman a whore, a sitting senator no less, and…well, here it was the media themselves doing the name calling. (See Randi Rhodes of Air America or.. CNN, the New York Times or Salon for other bigoted comments about women.)
The dysfunction of our national media is beyond comprehension.

Joan Walsh: the SEXIST POT calls the Republican Kettle Black

female backstabber

FemiSex has more to come on Sotomayor’s upcoming dance with Congress, but first let’s have a moment to laugh, long and hard AT not With Joan Walsh of Salon.com. A few days ago, as I did a channel surf, Joan Walsh was on some pundit/bundit circuit show (CNN I think) and was complaining that: "Like her or not, the Republicans Tore Sarah Palin to Shreds.” (I jotted this down once I found a pen, so the quote is from memory and I think it is exact.)
HA HA HA! If there was EVER a case of the SEXIST POT of Salon calling the Kettle (Repubs) Black, this kids is IT!!!!!!!

Selling Babies and woman v. woman; neither works

women fighting women.jpg

I don’t know what the true story is regarding the
potential sale of Slumdog child star Rubina Ali.
Perhaps her father did try to sell her off, perhaps not. No sound to the tape so I need more proof. What I do have proof of is the
street brawl

An American Crime, a Must See movie

rent this movie!

In a tragic scene from this brilliant movie, a woman stands over the broken body of the girl she’s ruined and says: “Thank you for understanding why I did this.”
Run don’t walk to the video store to rent this movie! It will leave you shaken to your core about the vile ways of humans, especially how we treat the women we don’t like. It is the true-life story of what one woman did to another; it shows how a woman consumed with jealousy and hate for another of her sex, used female sexuality to inflict harm and cause others to join in.

No Country for Ambitious Women

Sometimes I come across a letter from a reader that makes me want to cry, albeit this woman journo has not shed a tear in many long years in abject quaking fear that Missy Dowd will fine me for playing up the pert possibilities of my female peeps. Yak:-) So when I came across the below reader letter posted by jebldmm on Salon.com, I kept all tears in check.

Before I post jebldmm’s letter, I will give you the link to the dribble from Miss Rebecca Traister that prompted the letter.
