Asked and Answered! The Atlantic asks: Should Women Rule the World; The Atlantic gives 90% of its byline space to Men, Pays Misogynist Andrew Sullivan to write about Hillary’s “Cooties” and Palin’s “Massive Boobs” and “Porn-style Pumps”, pays the women it

pays the women it condescends to hire to write sexist material on par with Misogyny Sullivan; the Atlantic answers, Should Women Rule the World? Over our DEAD Print Body!

The Atlantic has this on the cover of its November issue—in Bold Capitals:
SHOULD WOMEN RULE THE WORLD?

Their answer is just inside the cover: Seven feature stories, ONE female writer. The filp the page for TOC of shorter stories under Dispatches and we get: Nine stories, only ONE female writer. Thus 88% of the Atlantic’s main stories are Male Point of View. What might this Male Point of View bring us???????? Women HATE!

E.G., One of the Nov. Atlantic features is written by Andy Misogyny Sullivan; we have this gem about Palin from his blog writing:

“…the fact that she has no record to speak of, that what she has is dreadful, that she has no education, that she is a pathological liar, that she is a vicious hater of those unlike her, that she is a McCarthyite sans communism.
Give …Palin even more massive boobs, longer legs, towering porn-style pumps, redder lipstick and real starburst potential..”

From the Primary season Sullivan was as intent on his press-gang rape of Hillary Clinton-- Sullivan said she had “Cootie Vibes” and he “Just can’t stand her {Clinton}” despite the fact that he "actually [found] her positions appealing in many ways.".

In His November Feature for the Atlantic Misogyny Sullivan is paid by Atlantic to write: “Why I Blog.”
Femisex knows why Sullivan blogs just as we know why the Atlantic gives this misogynist page space: To PREVENT women from ruling the world.

The Atlantic enables Sullivan his pathological need to commit hate crimes against women. Perhaps the Atlantic will sometime answer why they “stand by” Andy Mis-women’s hate speech against women. Why they Stand by a Whack Job who demands biological proof that Palin’s offspring sprang from her loins.

Perhaps the Atlantic will visit Sullivan’s apartment and find the torsos of many women buried deep in his closet. Perhaps not. Sullivan’s damage is far more widespread anyway, and that is why the Atlantic gives this sexist, lunatic, misogynist page space. All in the interest in Keeping women from meaningful power.

This shameful bias against women is nothing new at all for the Atlantic.
James Bennet recently said the Atlantic is looking for women writers…aghm…
Femisex clarifies what Mr. Bennet is saying. They want women writers who are willing to hew an anti-alpha woman line. The Atlantic wants to hire women writers who are only allowed a journalistic voice if they use that voice to slap other women. Sounds about right. Paternalism in Journalism is the only way women get to make a name for themselves.

Perhaps they can swipe a female writer from Slate. Slate recently admitted their staff went 55 to one for Obama.
The only one voting McCain/Palin, a woman Ms. Rachael Larimore.

Wanna guess who won’t be tapped for any bylines at the Atlantic? Of course the Atlantic is only looking for female voice that keeps females tamped down in their place—you know that needy place, that place that needs males to look after them, be it in bed, $, work, or presidents. The Atlantic wants sexist women writers, anti-feminists who will go way negative against any woman who strives to power. The Atlantic will allow women to write needy pieces about women’s problems, you know….why we can’t find a man and should settle for Mr. Good Enough. I kid you not… that story appeared last February. Or perhaps bring us another Catlin Flaniganahan {sic, no nee to promote that sexist women}waste-o-space who throttles women who work and hire nannies as the bane of all evil. (Hmm, who picked that romaine lettuce you had for lunch Catty Catty Catlin?)

Femisex has said in a prior piece:
“BIG $ bet, any woman the Atlantic hires/commissions will NOT be a voice of anything but anti-female propaganda—it will be a voice akin to penis-luvn’ Dahlia Lithwick who is very good at giving font-lap dances to male top edit. Matter of fact, if the Atlantic brings on a woman who is very critical of press sexism, and understands HOW important it is for Alpha women to move into every aspect US life, including the presidency and the top editorship of the Atlantic, who pounds this message home issue after issue, who promotes female in the White House in 2012 and the veep house in 2008, who wants a Supreme Court that is five women to four males, I will give Mr. Bennet a lap dance in Times Square.”

The truth is women remain almost utterly dependent on men for their salaries. This is almost universally true in thought-leader media.

So the Atlantic has proved time and time and time and time and year and year and year again that…NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... women should not rule much of anything. That the Atlantic would put such a question on their cover is such an insult to women it Boggles the mind. JUST HOW stupid do you think we are????? Oh yeah, stupid enough to allow you to get away with Mr. Sullivan. Stupid enough to allow you to byline women at 14 to 2 ratio.

It's disgusting that you use

It's disgusting that you use the phrase "gang-rape" to describe Hillary Clinton's loss in the primaries. There are millions of women around the world who are victims of the horror of gang-rape. I really don't believe they'd appreciate your paralleling their violent nightmare with Hillary losing an election.

point taken Will, and i thought about that as i penned this.

But i used the term in relation to the press and their sexification of the female candidates. i decided it was appropriate in light of what occured during this election cycle. putting Palin in porn flicks on Salon and the myriad other ways that both women were sexually demeaned this year.

Rape is a mechanism of hate and control over women. When the press does it, yes it is far more civilized, but the foundation is extremely similar.

Thanks for providing the

Thanks for providing the info. on the Atlantic. I haven't read it in quite some time for pretty much the reasons you mention about the drivel they publish and call news stories.

You are correct that more women should care about this type of passive-aggressive discrimination. Stop reading the crap, and they'll stop writing it! We are our own worst enemies!

The Atlantic is about as bad

Atta girl! For the Life of me, I don't understand why women aren't more up in arms about the sad state of op/ed male to female ratio in newspapers! Atlantic is one of the Worst! And that dreadful lighting smear of McCain, just makes you wonder what professional standards are left in our field!
