Christopher Hitchens added to FemiSex Deathwatch

cry baby.jpg

Christopher Hitchens is a cry baby. He has a monster under his bed and it looks like women in POWER. He wails for all the Daddies and Daddy’s Girls to Save him from Alpha women. He can’t let go. He wails and bawls his fear about powerful women. He can’t…just can’t let up on his DeathGrip against women gaining power. Latest example:

Here is what Hitchens is wailing about now at Slate.com as he casts around in his diaper for more feces to toss Hillary Clinton’s way:

“Why is Sen. Clinton… being nominated {for SOS} in the first place?
…we are getting a notoriously ambitious woman who made a fool of herself over Bosnia, at the time and during the recent campaign, and who otherwise has no command of foreign affairs…”

Now, Mr. Hitchens, FemiSex has an idea… lets put this another way:

What are we getting in Obama but a man who has no command of foreign affairs (except of course his risible claim that living in Indonesia as a 6-year-old child gave him FOPO experience needed to be Potus!) and what are we getting in Joe Biden who made an equal fool of himself over imaginary sniper fire in Afghanistan?

Oh that’s right, Now we Get it!.... Sissy Chrissy Hitchy…. we are Getting the penises that give you Tingles and that banish your nightmares of Alpha women.

Here, here dreadful boy Hitchy, some warm milk and your blankey will settle you down now. But…Wait…We have a new nightmare for you little boy blue; FemiSex has added you to our Deathwatch. Sleep with one eye under your bed, little misogynist fella! Alpha women just might gitcha itty bitty nuts and,…. oh geez what on earth would any woman want with Crissy Hitchy boy parts anyway? Same as Tucker Carlson’s –nuttn’ to wish for there!

But….More seriously folks….. Hitchens, who worries about influence peddling via Clinton,

Hitchers: “But does a contribution to Bill Clinton's foundation get you any traction with Sen. Clinton…?”

needs a reminder of this from the New York Times on what “influence” bought Mr. Obama and what it cost voters—environmental nasty.

Below are excerpts from The NYTimes story that reported that…. Obama wrote legislation to force a nuclear company to report contaminating leaks of waste. Mandatory controls. Then the nuclear company threw a bunch of money Obama’s way and suddenly environmental hazard to voters did not really matter to the One—Obama rewrote his legislation so that the nuclear company only had to report leaks if they felt like it. Then….Obama lied to voters in the state, telling them he had passed this legislation (the unadulterated version) when… In Fact… Obama knew he’d been bought off; the legislation (watered down to the wishes/ demands of the company) had died, never to be passed.

Excerpts from the Times story on Obama's Big LIE:

Exelon, which is based in Illinois, have contributed at least $227,000 to Mr. Obama’s campaigns for the United States Senate and for president. Two top Exelon officials, Frank M. Clark, executive vice president, and John W. Rogers Jr., a director, are among his largest fund-raisers.

While he {Obama} initially fought to advance his bill, even holding up a presidential nomination to try to force a hearing on it, Mr. Obama eventually rewrote it to reflect changes sought by Senate Republicans, Exelon and nuclear regulators. The new bill removed language mandating prompt reporting and simply offered guidance to regulators, whom it charged with addressing the issue of unreported leaks.

Another Obama donor, John W. Rowe, chairman of Exelon, is also chairman of the Nuclear Energy Institute, the nuclear power industry’s lobbying group, based in Washington. Exelon’s support for Mr. Obama far exceeds its support for any other presidential candidate.
Mr. Obama agreed to rewrite the bill,

“The teeth were just taken out of it.”

The rewritten bill also contained the new wording sought by Exelon making it clear that state and local authorities would have no regulatory oversight of nuclear power plants.
The revised bill was never taken up in the full Senate

{Obama} boasted of it on the campaign trail, telling a crowd in Iowa in December that it was “the only nuclear legislation that I’ve passed.”
“I just did that last year,” he said, to murmurs of approval.

FemiSex asks…..would you rather have a president who fibs about dodging a bullet in order to make HER appear tougher to Americans leery of a female potus or …a president who allows nuclear waste in ur water tables in exchange for campaign dollars from the nuclear industry captains?

Link to Obama nuc story in the Times. NOTE the ODD title the Times gave this...so favorable to Obama in its utter confusion!
A Much Better Title might be: Obama misleads Voters on his Legislative History, Waters Down Environmental Safeguards for Cash.

UpDATE:
below are some of Sissy Chrissy Hitchens’ comments about Hillary Clinton. You would have to be IQ80 to not see Hitchens misogyny and all-consuming fear of female power in his words! He is playing to some of the worst female stereotypes in our society—that women who want power are manipulative bitches, not to be trusted, who only care about themselves. Hitchens has a pathological fear of a women as commander-in-chief, and we hope you and Mr. Sullivan, Mr. Olbermann, and Mr. Matthews et. al., get help, SOON. Also, by selectively finding fault with Clinton while overlooking the same faults in male candidates is the Most telling factor of your illness Mr. Hitchens! Now.. to women everywhere, we at FemiSex say this: with every misogynist victory that Hitchens gains against women who Will to Power, Hitches lessens ALL women’s chances of seeing a society that has equal values for men and women. Mr. Hitches is truly working to further the Double Standards in our society; he is working against all women!

Hitchens quotes on Hillary Clinton:

“her overweening ambition

if you don't show her enough appreciation, and after all she's done for us, she may cry.

"flagrant, hysterical, repetitive, pathological lying”

I just think that if she knew how it made her look, sort of alternately soppy and bitchy, she'd stop it. But she can't help herself, can she? She just can't."

Mrs. Clinton, looking like the dog being washed,

"[A]s with everything Mrs. Clinton does, you can see the machinery working, you can see the wheels turning inside her head as she makes her maneuvers."

She only cares about one thing, namely herself and her own prospects

a notoriously ambitious woman

the woman who played the race card on Obama... This is the woman whose foreign policy experience consists of making a fool of herself and fabricating a story about Bosnia."

(Psst Hitchey: can we talk about Biden’s lies on Afghanistan sniper fire? Or Obama’s lies about wire tapping, campaign finance, and accepting lobbyist money, or…or… or…, oh Wait, you ONLY care to trash the female working for White House Power! )

Another gem from Media Matters at addresses Hitchys' lies about HRC:
http://mediamatters.org/items/200812010015

Hitchy lies from media matters:
Summary: Criticizing Sen. Hillary Clinton over her possible appointment as secretary of state, in three separate appearances, Christopher Hitchens purported to quote Clinton from 15 years ago to attack her foreign policy credentials. On MSNBC and CNN, from November 17-19, Hitchens claimed that Clinton directed her husband in 1993 not to intervene in the Balkans because it would detract attention from her health-care program. But the source he has previously cited for the assertion does not support it.

Comments

Ok folks, it may be time to

Ok folks, it may be time to close this story to comments. I know that one sure way to get comments that are negative towards females is to post about either Hillary or Palin--pause for a heavy heart moment.
Femisexs writer, Ms. Trisky has an upcoming post about bloggers comments re Palin, so let's hold until that posts. (next week) in the meantime, thanks to all who have sent personal messagesof support to FemiSex.
Sexism runs very deep and each of us has our own to contend with. I plan to share my sexist moment, soon. In the meantime, let's all try to identify an example of sexism in ourselves to ponder and own up to. Believe you me, it lives in all of us to a greater or lesser degree.

Oh for crackers sake, Mr.

Oh for crackers sake, Mr. Someone, who is clearly the same writer as jl stix,

you say that you “voted for and love Obama seriously” but can only go on and on with unsubstantiated faults (from the theater in your head!) for Clinton as SOS—Clinton who wiped the floor with Obama during the 1st debates on foreign policy issues. You have an inability to apply the same standards to a woman as a man. That, fella, is the absolute definition of sexism! Oh how you would love Obama for SOS, or President of the World, for that matter.

For you Obama is someone you love and Clinton is imperfect and therefore must NOT be, period. You say the only women Hitchens would support for president is “a female candidate that was a feminist and an atheist and completely incorruptible, Hitchens would be going door to door for her”

That says it all about Hitchens and yourself—no women but the imaginary perfect ones I dream up in my head, will get my support. Are you freaking kidding—an atheist, feminist, and completely incorruptible? Hitches supported Obama for potus, and, Obama is none of those things!

So please, enough!!!!!!!!!!! with the double standards! Clinton is imperfect; Obama is imperfect. But somehow both you and Hitchens managed to Love the imperfect male and spend unhealthy amounts of time bashing the women who challenge men.

And Deathwatching those who propagate sexism in the media is a VERY good thing. I say three cheers to FemiSex on this. Having such an obvious double standard for women compared to men and flogging good women to death for their imperfections, but happily endorsing men despite their's is sexism!

For your information , I

For your information , I just thought that I would share that I have not liked Hillary Clinton ever. Long before she even became a politician . I think I have a problem with women who stay with men that cheat with other women year after year after year. Although I do not want you to think that I am blaming the victim here, meaning Hillary , but I just think she should have left Bill a long time ago. And she went on to attack the women who came forward with their tales of relationships with Bill too. Something I have always found despicable. It’s one thing if youre going to stay with a man who cheats on you, it’s another to harm the reputation of the women your husband had sex with. As a feminist , I will not stand for that.
My mom tried to commit suicide because my father cheated on her. I have been glad she failed for over 25 years now. I have for a long time had real problems with women who stay with dishonest men who year after year have never proven themselves faithful.
I was never going to vote for her for anyway , so for me it was never a choice between her and Obama.
I just think Obama represents someone who has a mind and vision that I can respect. I did not know about all of the things that were listed in the FemiSex article about him. Some of them are enough to make me sad. Some I laugh at.
If Michelle Obama had run for president saying the same things Barrack did ( and had the same experience) , I would have voted for her. Or any other woman for that matter. Happily .
Just not Hillary. Sorry……..lol

Dear You Are Wrong

Dear You Are Wrong kerry,
Your statement is false. Nor did I have anyone else speak for me. I do not know who Mr. Someone is. Your ignorance is not very impressive. Well at least not to me .
This site seems quite decent with regard to posting comments that they may not agree with. I’ve no need to be somebody else when FemiSex has been very respectful towards me . I think I have tried to reciprocate that , but I will not last long under the barrage of stupidity that your guessing represents. It’s one thing to disagree with any opinion that I have , it’s another to let your mind make a fool of itself because it‘s lazy or deficient or paranoid.
My educated guess is that Mr. Person is a writer from Slate whose style and intelligence I think I recognize.
By by for now You Are Wrong.

@ jl stix: You are clearly of

@ jl stix:
You are clearly of the camp that you love the bitches, just not THAT one, or that one, or that one...and on it goes.

I went to camp and I learned

I went to camp and I learned to play better tennis .
In my defending Hitchens or explaining
that FemiSex’s death watch thing is stupid and
counter productive I was not representing any camp.
Fool.
The only camp that exists is the one in your mind
where people go so they can learn
how to participate in the burnings of other people
who think differently or better than they.
All the dead witches screaming ‘no please’
cannot be heard by you and your yes women.

The attempt to claim that

The attempt to claim that Obama is not qualified misses the point. We're not comparing them anymore (he won, remember) but taking Hilary Clinton seriously as a candidate for Secretary of State. Need I mention that defending her by comparing her to someone you vociferously assert is not qualified is a shoddy form of sexism? I see that your criterion for not being on your Deathwatch is "whole-hearted support behind a woman POTUS," but does it matter *who* that woman is? I'd vote for Clinton but not for you-know-who from Alaska.

Imagine that there is someone who has never directly held a position that required her to negotiate with heads of state, someone who has demonstrated not only that she cannot effectively manage large organizations but that those organizations she has managed become dysfunctional and demoralized, someone who has such close and very public ties to a political figure of extraordinarily suspect character that any reasonable person would second guess her decisions relating to the countless foreign representatives doing favors and donating money to this political figure. How would you criticize this choice for SoS in a non-sexist way? Show me the way to do that, please, so that we can make the case against Hillary. I mean, you are after sexism and not just blindly following Hillary Clinton around, right? I mean, is it okay to point out how awful a choice she is, or is any criticism of public women unacceptable? I get that if that's your tactic, but of course I think it's self-defeating.

Hi , not long after finding

Hi , not long after finding your online magazine I was treated to your sentence:
'FemiSex has added you to our Deathwatch.'
I have to tell you , that’s one of the more disgusting things that I have read in a very long time. Hitchens is known far and wide for speaking against the largest oppressive organizations in the world that treat women like shit, religion, and you demonize him for some truthful things he said about H. Clinton.
And changing the subject to Obama does not help your cause.
Your blind hate for C. Hitchens gives feminism a bad name.
Hillary is not qualified. Deal with it.
And before you get to another conclusion that is wrong, I too am a feminist and I know bullshit when I see it, and it is not in the pants of Hitchens.
It’s in your words.
Thank you

Hello and welcome jl stix we

Hello and welcome jl stix

we have no blind hate for anyone here, only sexism and misogyny. Deathwatch was conceived from Slate.com itself. Deathwatch was born on slate for Hillary Clinton.
Please see my reply below from more of what Deathwatch is...a call for sexist voice in the media to end! Liberals have shown to be some of the biggest voice of sexism this year; liberals will say all the right things for the poor downtrodden women, but when women stand up to take Alpha positions in society, the Olbermanns and Matthews and...yes, C. Hitchens of this world use their platform to knock down women. Hitches has shown his hand over and over again in demeaning women who Will to Power. Now, that said...welcome to our salon, dear reader! Not always will you agree but we hope to make all readers stop, point and crop sexism when they see it.

Hi, let me please for the

Hi, let me please for the sake of an argument
say that C Hitchens is a misogynist.
Does that possible fact indicate or mean
that an unqualified woman is qualified.

Hitchens has gone to bat for alpha females before
and in my opinion will again.

Ayaan Hirsi Ali and her campaign to illuminate
Islamic violence against women
had as Hitchens, one of her more important allies.

In other words , imho, when you pull the rug
from under Hitchens ,
you do so at your own expense. Dangerously.

Hitchens is no beggar when it comes to
supporting alpha females,
he’s just very very choosey.

As a feminist, I will respect that.

"In other words, imho, when

"In other words, imho, when you pull the rug
from under Hitchens , you do so at your own expense. Dangerously."

lol....what kind of a statement is that.

When Hitches puts his

When Hitches puts his whole-hearted support behind a women for potus then FemiSex will happily retract Mr. Hitchens from our DW. And we will jump for joy at his conversion.
Alpha women (those who want traditional male power at the highest levels and go after it with gusto) are the problem for Hitchens, not women who fight the good fight for the downtrodden.
The sad thread of Clinton as unqualified holds no water here, sorry. You mentioned your luv for Obama, and..he is far less qualified so than drum you can not go a banging with credibility, i fear.

Lets see, women have had the

Lets see, women have had the vote for less than 100 years ,and the women who fought for it were in my opinion ,much more interesting politically and demanding than the ‘alpha females ‘ of today that you speak of. If there were a female candidate today that was a feminist and an atheist and completely incorruptible, Hitchens would be going door to door for her campaign and speaking glowingly about how far women have come and altogether need to go………lol.
The dearth of women in politics universally who distinguish themselves ‘away from’ patriarchy and the political corruption of the day, may very well be Hitchens ‘real problem’ , as it is I suspect also your problem ,as it will always be my mine.
So maybe you’re just willing to dislike him and ‘death-list’ him because the womens rights movement has not progressed far enough and you would rather blame him than blame women. Hitchens doesn’t lower the bar that helps women progress. Women do. With their own decisions.
That’s gotta hurt….lol

. If you please , these 2

.
If you please , these 2 sentences ought to have gone as follows:

Hitchens doesn’t lower the bar that defines women’s progress. (sic)
Women do.

i am crushing hard on this

i am crushing hard on this image, Hitchens as a little girl going boo hoo hoo. Too funny! Hitchens would never under any circumstance promote a female for President. He has the same fixation on Senator Clinton as Sullivan had on Senator Clinton before he went coo coo for Palin. Can you imagine a night with Hitchens and Sullivan and Obeymaniac and Matthews all crying out their fear of Mommies in Charge.

Another example of why women

Another example of why women still aren't funny.

It is certainly clear that

It is certainly clear that Hitchens despises women!

funny how everyone who

funny how everyone who disagrees with you is a crybaby and needs to be put on death watch.

you entirely miss the point

you entirely miss the point of Deathwatch. This is not aimed at those who agree to disagree, but those who target women with sexist hate speech or actions.
e.g., Keith Olbermann, Chris Matthews, Andrew Sullivan have exhibited severe misogyny--all are Deathwatched. Hitchens is likewise fixated on anti-female speech in a sexist, crusader fashion. Sexism and misogyny need to be targeted just as racism is. This is about stopping those who target women for destruction b/c they have XX in their DNA.
