The measure, reportedly crafted to appease the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, would require the purchase of riders for coverage of abortion services in the Health Exchange and prohibit coverage of abortion for those using the public option. "

WAKE up women! If this is what happens in a Government that is controlled by Democrats (White House AND Congress) just wait until Republicans regain control : yes...the pendulum always Swings.

Women of reproductive age must have private insurance or they will have to go a begging for reproductive health care. Ideals are nice but women have to live with reality. The reality is: a public option or SocialCaid will Never cover reproductive services for women. Hell, Obama doesn't have the gumption to repeal Hyde that denies reproductive care to Medicaid patients. Now they want to remove private insurance for women and let us be at the whim of Congress for our reproductive care.

We have to get real. We can reform health care without screwing women, but ONLY with NO government-run care for women of child-bearing years!

This is the result of government intrusion into private sectors.
Currently 90% of private plans cover full reproductive care for women.

But lookie what happens when the whacky'd out think Government is good in all sectors of our lives. They over-reach. Bush didn't try to undo women's rights to such a degree but now we have a Democrats and Pelosi caving like crumbs on women's rights so government can dig deep into our private lives. This is getting out of hand, but then....we've warned about this way back in August!
