And the Oscar for most dangerous statement of the year goes to the befuddled Rachel Maddow who states that gee whiz whillikers dat dem gem Obama doesn’t have to answer to professional journalists so much because he preaches to the masses using social media. Snicker my Fritz, dat dem dumb Missy Maddow should have worked for Chairman Mao!

Missy Maddow holds up submitted questions to Parents magazine that Joe Biden answered as a great example access to power. Ha, try to get a question answered that they don’t want to answer and good luck with that. Ha and no follow-up by a fully informed journalist…as least when such things actually existed. What better way to work a dictatorship that only take questions you know in advance, questions you can answer in full spin and without the pesky journalist power to refute those spun answers in your paper or TV broadcast. But the reality of journalism that MSM practices in deference to Chairman Obama is just like that of questions submitted on Facebook: they ask a “hard” question; the pres or his veep or other admin folks spin to their liking and no one, no where calls them out on the lies that they spin!

As a dreary example: Obama said this back when it mattered, in the fall in the 3rd debate against Mitt Romney:
“The sequester is not something that I’ve proposed,” Obama said. “It is something that Congress has proposed.”

MSM: crickets not a word and not a Candy Crowley moment from the male Democrat moderator Bob Shiffer to say: Liar liar pants on fire Mr. President. (Actually, Candy Dumb Bunny lied to Americans and said Obama did specifically call Benghazi a terrorist attack when he did not! But all serve the KING so say the write crowd{sic pun intened.})

Bob Woodward, only now, too late to make it matter, that is AFTER the election, has ver publically announced that Obama is a total fucking liar and the HE birthed the bad boy angry baby that is the Sequester. Where was he on the talk show circuit back in Oct of 2012? Not on Meet the Press saying liar you is Mr. President.

Their conclusion that the president and his staff have broken new ground in manipulating journalists and shaping favorable coverage of the administration is so obvious that it is almost inarguable. As I have argued several times over the past four years, no president since John F. Kennedy has enjoyed the sort of advantage or lack of serious scrutiny that the president has received. Vandehei and Allen are right when they point out that the calculated leaks, softball interview combined with a command of social media and other methods that limit press access have combined to build the Obama juggernaut that won him re-election as well as give him an edge in any battle with Congress.
