Times' Kristof says bias against women is incidental compared to American's who view Obama as Un-AmericanMonday, November 3, 2008 at 4:29 pm — admin
What? Me Biased? Never mind this picture of Obama next to Clinton and others with his hands firmly clasped over his groin vs Clinton’s hand over heart as the Pledge of Allegiance is said. Never mind Michele and her infamous "For the first time in my adult lifetime, I'm proud of my country," remark. Never mind that Obama has said American is no longer a Christian nation, Never mind his spread the wealth comments that bring to mind Mr. Hugo Chavez over George Washington or his "bitter" Americans comments, Never mind the flap over O’s refusal to put that flag pin on his chest and his open-armed approach to illegal foreign donations to his campaign. Nevermind all the below: "And no candidate for president has had more problematic associations. Barack Obama's first major financial backer was Antoin "Tony" Rezko, currently awaiting sentencing on corruption charges. For nearly 20 years Mr. Obama attended services where the Rev. Jeremiah Wright preached hatred of the United States, and of white people. The radical group ACORN has been committing voter registration fraud on a massive scale. Mr. Obama taught classes for ACORN organizers, and represented the group in a lawsuit against the state of Illinois. The most significant managerial responsibility Barack Obama has ever had was as chairman of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, a project conceived of by unrepentant domestic terrorist William Ayers." The press has wielded the club of racism over Amerian’s heads this whole election season, but never more so when Obama’s poll numbers tighten. Like it or not, Americans are justified in the questions over just how American Obama is. Will he put the interests of the US above the interests of all others? His science Team suggests a very global mission more in line with a former president than a sitting one, and his prior statements on overseas funding may seem worrisome to many. Will his humanitarian issues towards other continents and peoples trump what may be best for U.S. national interests? These are unknowns, but rightly asked questions, given Obama’s troubling associations. That NOT GOD BLESS American but God Damn America troubles even this agnostic. Now for the feminist in me…here is the Hillary Hilarious portion of Kristof’s piece: --------------- Here is one single but telling example of Times writers and editors bias against a women seeking high office: After her SNL performance, Missy misogynist Alessandra Stanley (and bff to Ol' Dowdy) said that Palin was just “delightful’ while being “ogled by Alec Baldwin” and then spent the following grafs in her story to end with this thought: “One thing everybody can agree on is that Gov. Sarah Palin is qualified---to someday host he own television show.” Translation: That Ludicrous statement is a perfect example of Kristoff’s unexplored American bias against women seeking powerful positions…lard them with demeaning sexist comments and give them their own reality TV show. |

The Times and all of MSM has
The Times and all of MSM has been exposed this year. I get so discouraged. George Stephanopolis said today that Hillary was hurt by comedians, but denies press effect. HRC and Palin were killed by comedy and Femisex has pointed that out. Each time I read a post of yours I wonder how many more before the tide of anti-female bias turns?

Kristoff wrote a big piece
Kristoff wrote a big piece about W a few years ago in the Sunday edition called : "Reagan's son".
As for why are women incidental? - it's the theme of Obama's campaign - the force he harnessed: misogyny

thanks for that link! and
thanks for that link! and just in case readers don't click thru to the above link, I want to showcase this graf that is by Riverdaughter of the Confluence:
"Just as Nixon and Reagan tapped into racial resentment in the American electorate to bring us decades of Republicans in the White House, Democrats have tapped into misogynism to win it for Obama in 2008. In both cases, the antagonism, prejudice and bad behavior had been held in check by societal norms but was released when the candidate and the media gave silent approval."
This is an excellent statement that only needs one clarification: The media did not give silent approval--they SHOUTED IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS. Obama road the miserable coattails of this media misogyny and by remaining silent Spoke as LOUDLY as the press.
It's clear that the
It's clear that the leftist/liberal establisment will do ANYTHING to ignore the obvious: Barack Obama is a cipher, a megalomaniacal cipher, who is woefully and embarrassingly unqualified, perhaps, to be even a U.S. senator.
The psychologists' finding reminds of the joke about a certain set of ethnic scientists -- a proud nationality that bore the brunt of jokes for too many years -- that embarks on a study on frogs.
They decide to test the frog's hearing.
They put a frog on the lab's floor, at a specified mark, that prod it. It jumps X feet.
Then they cut off one of the frog's legs.
They repeat the experiment. The frog jumps X minus 5 feet.
Then then cut off yet another of the frog's legs.
They repeat the experiment. The frog barely jumps at all.
Finally, they cut off the frog's last leg.
Then they repeat the experiment.
The frog doesn't move.
They conclude this: If you cut off the legs of a frog, it loses its hearing.
That said, as a man, I find the misogyny coming from the liberals and leftists, including Obama himself, as well as the advocacy media is unfathomable.
Are they so consumed with hatred of anything outside of their tribe that they behave so?
How they've conducted themselves is so repugnant -- and themselves includes men and women of their tribe -- that they deserve all the scorn and criticism that can be sent their way.
