In the Wed. Jan 11th issue of the NYTimes was this item

TV Decency a Puzzler for [Supreme Court] Justices

In a rollicking Supreme Court argument that was equal parts cultural criticism and First Amendment doctrine, the justices on Tuesday considered whether the government still had good reason to regulate cursing and nudity on broadcast television.

The legal bottom line was not easy to discern, though there seemed to be little sentiment for a sweeping overhaul of the current system, which subjects broadcasters to fines for showing vulgar programming that is constitutionally protected when presented on cable television or the Internet.

Now it is the government that wants to keep "vulgarity" off broadcast TV as Justice Roberts noted:

“What the government is asking for is a few channels where you can say they are not going to hear the S-word, the F-word. They are not going to see nudity.”

Roberts was referring to the Government's want to restrict the word shit, not the word slut.

But what freaks FemiSex out is that not a one of them mentioned the other S word, or the B-word or the W word, not once! Not the government not the justices not anybody as per the article.

Justice Ginsburg wondered whether restricting swearing made sense in a society in which “expletives are in common parlance.”

Mr. Verrilli said yes. “It’s one thing when your 13-year-old brother is saying it to you, or some bully in the schoolyard’s saying it to you,” he said. “It’s another when it’s presented to you in this medium as an appropriate means of communication.”

Wow, so there you have it. The Obama government understands that when slut and bitch and whore are presented as an appropriate means of communication about women, it is not cool, but they don't care. They are not trying to restrict the use of those words via the FCC, only the words shit and fuck, which are FAR less hurtful to society than bitch whore or slut.

Why not use the word nigger when the FCC has no problem with that? Because Liberals are all for slut, bitch and whore just not nigger and liberals are too fucking hateful and full of shit to admit they like misogyny. So they use it over and over and over and never discuss it.
Obama's administration did not once mention the damage to society done by the use of sexist words on TV. Not once.

They get how hurtful using sexism is to women; they don't care. Hollywood is the MAIN purveyor of sexism in our culture second only to liberal journalists. But nary a word about that from the O Admin lawyer.

Conservatives have never made an issue out liberals liberal use of sexism. They have a winning platform with women if they would do so!

We started off with a link to a page that says women should be free to go about their lives as non-slaves.
Yes indeed! But with freedom comes other issues. Black are not no longer slaves and also are protected from being called niggers on TV every night.

Women now can work and live free lives but they are not free from verbal hate speech in their own homes in front of their own kids.

Just a few words out of Justice Ginsy's liberal mouth would have brought this to issue.
But she did not feel free enough to do so and O's lawyers didn't even try to make the case the give them an inch and they take a mile with hate speech. So likely we won't hear the word shit on TV anytime soon, but gear up for more and more Bitch Slut and Whores to define women of the 21st century and to limit their ability to gain power in the world.
